Learning Curve

According to USAV, it takes at least 7 years of training for a volleyball athlete to reach the satisfying 'skill-sets' capable of playing strategic, competitive volleyball.

Tragedy

Currently, volleyball hopefuls show up at their 7th grade tryouts and have had little or no training. This is a tragedy. Can you imagine baseball or football players showing up in Jr. High having never thrown a football or a baseball?

Complete Player

YDV COMPLETES the athlete. YDV training develops the upper & lower portions of the body, and the mind of a player, totally completing her.

Trained Eye

Because volleyball is a depth perception game that require skills in timing, anticipation, and speed, an athlete must develop and keep a "trained" eye in order to excel and have an edge over her opponents.
